Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock.  

Q: Is a signature required for delivery?

A: Orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature for delivery. 

Please contact us before or when you place the order if you would like to waive the signature required for your package. 

Q: What is SKINNEY Medspa’s Return Policy?

A: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

Q: How are damages and missing packages handled?

A: Once an order has left SKINNEY Medspa, it is in the care of FEDEX. SKINNEY Medspa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to FEDEX and their customer service department at 800.463.3339. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider. 

Q: What if I am not home when my package arrives?

A: If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for FEDEX Delivery Manager. This service allows you to receive an alert when your packages arrives or request to hold packages at a local FEDEX location.  Sign up now by clicking on this link:https://www.fedex.com/apps/fdmenrollment/

Q: How many business days will it take for my package to arrive?

A: We strive to fulfill orders withing 2-3 days of order placed online.. Shipments within the continental US, typically should arrive within 5-7 days, not including packages shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Upon fulfillment of your order, SKINNY Medspa will email you a FEDEX tracking number for you to track the delivery
